Our Mission

At Dr. G Integrative, our mission is to address the root cause of the problem and provide evidence-based medical and psychiatric care that addresses both mental health and overall wellbeing, with treatment tailored to each individual.

Clinical Services

Clinical Approach

Services for Groups & Organisations

Services for Individuals

At Dr G Integrative, care is grounded in medicine and psychiatry, while recognising the continuous interaction between mind and body. Mental health is shaped by biology, thoughts, behaviour, life experience, and physical health — none of which operate in isolation.

An integrative approach brings these elements together thoughtfully, using medical knowledge, psychiatric understanding, and psychological therapies to support the whole system rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

At Dr G Integrative, care is grounded in medicine and psychiatry, while recognising the continuous interaction between mind and body. Services are offered for individuals as well as for groups and organisations, within a clear ethical and professional framework.

Services for Schools & Educational Institutions

Group and organisational services are offered as psychiatry-informed education and consultation. These services are designed to improve understanding of mental health, support early recognition of difficulties, and guide appropriate responses within professional and educational settings.Group work is educational and preventive in nature. It does not involve individual diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment.

Mental health in the workplace is shaped by stress physiology, workload, expectations, communication, and organisational culture. Psychiatry-informed input helps organisations understand how mental health concerns commonly present in professional environments and how to respond appropriately.
Services include:

  • Understanding common mental health concerns seen in working adults
  • Recognising early signs of stress, burnout, anxiety, and mood difficulties
  • Knowing when and how to encourage professional help, and when not to intervene
  • Navigating conversations around mental health while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Understanding how chronic stress affects both mind and body

These sessions are designed to support awareness, reduce stigma, and improve clarity, and do not replace individual clinical care.
